overall good experience with room for improvement
The exclusive two-bedroom suite was spacious and well-equipped for a family stay. Cleanliness stood out throughout the hotel, with staff consistently maintaining high standards. The location was ideal for accessing both the old town and various restaurants, enhancing our overall experience. The garden view from our suite provided a refreshing ambiance that we truly appreciated.

The apartment's cleanliness was impressive, and the pool area was beautifully maintained, offering a relaxing atmosphere after exploring the nearby tourist spots. the sofa bed was uncomfortable for a good night's sleep, and the WiFi connection was inconsistent, making it difficult to stay connected. the pool hours felt limited, especially during hot afternoons, which would have been ideal for a refreshing dip.

The family suites here are spacious with a large double bed and a separate twin room, perfect for accommodating four people comfortably. You also get two balconies, which is great for those moments when you want some fresh air without being on top of each other.
There were some frustrating issues with room allocations. I saw guests being moved without notice. The WiFi connectivity was spotty at best, making it hard to get any work done or stay connected while lounging by the pool. the space around the pools felt cramped, especially with people reserving loungers early in the day, limiting flexibility for later swimmers. Noise can also be a bit much during peak hours, especially if families are all at the pool. Lastly, be cautious with the fridge. there could be billing surprises at checkout for items you didn’t touch.
